Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

A male Vermilion Flycatcher (Pyrocephalus rubinus) greets visitors to Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, Texas. In this shot, it was perched on what appeared to be a capital A, hence the title. The intense red color of this bird has a dayglow effect that makes a male cardinal pale in comparison. I had never seen one of these before, but had the opportunity to photograph two different birds, on a tip from another photographer I met at the refuge that day, Norman Welsh (http://www.normsfstop.com). He is a really fine photographer who deserves a visit to his site. These birds typically summer in Mexico, the Rio Grande valley, and southwestern Texas, but move to the south and central gulf coast of Texas during the winters. They are typical flycatchers in their behavior, perching high in trees and dashing out, hovering and twirling to catch flying insects before flying back to the same perch, over and over.
Gary Holmes, photographer: I have always loved to photograph nature, landscapes, abstract, and other found objects of interest. I prefer the challenge of trying to capture the unpredictable spontaneity of things and events as they are occurring. I started with a Kodak Brownie as a child, but entered the world of real photography with a Canon AE-1 in the late 1970's. I have successfully sold a number of my photographs on Fine Art America, and have been recognized in international photography venues. Poster sized prints of three of my photographs were recently installed in a new medical clinic building in a major Texas medical center.
