Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Another three harriers were cruising the same field, but this one chose to fly straight toward me for this photo. Also known as marsh hawks, these streamlined hawks are fairly common in open prairies and marshes throughout the lower U.S. and most of Canada and Alaska, patrolling just above the tallest plants and acrobatically twisting to descend on their prey. Their characteristic white bar at the base of the tail can be seen even at long distances, aiding in identification.

About Gary Holmes

Gary Holmes

Gary Holmes, photographer: I have always loved to photograph nature, landscapes, abstract, and other found objects of interest. I prefer the challenge of trying to capture the unpredictable spontaneity of things and events as they are occurring. I started with a Kodak Brownie as a child, but entered the world of real photography with a Canon AE-1 in the late 1970's. I have successfully sold a number of my photographs on Fine Art America, and have been recognized in international photography venues. Poster sized prints of three of my photographs were recently installed in a new medical clinic building in a major Texas medical center. My photo, "Blue Norther," was selected by the nonprofit Texas Bluebird Society for its 2010...
