A restored EMD GP7 locomotive operated by the Santa Fe Southern Railway (SFSR) glistens in the fading sunset at the old Santa Fe depot, near downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. This short line railroad took over after the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway ceased operations on the 18-mile branch line from Lamy, and operates primarily as a round trip tourist train. On August 12, 2012, one of its locomotives appeared in an episode of the television series, "Breaking Bad," as it was stopped during a heist of the chemical methylamine from a tank car.

Gary Holmes, photographer: I have always loved to photograph nature, landscapes, abstract, and other found objects of interest. I prefer the challenge of trying to capture the unpredictable spontaneity of things and events as they are occurring. I started with a Kodak Brownie as a child, but entered the world of real photography with a Canon AE-1 in the late 1970's. I have successfully sold a number of my photographs on Fine Art America, and have been recognized in international photography venues. Poster sized prints of three of my photographs were recently installed in a new medical clinic building in a major Texas medical center.
