I found this American Avocet (Recurvirostra americana) couple out shopping for seafood in tandem in early morning light on Bryan Beach - Quintana, Texas. I like the dribble of water from the beak on the right.

Gary Holmes, photographer: I have always loved to photograph nature, landscapes, abstract, and other found objects of interest. I prefer the challenge of trying to capture the unpredictable spontaneity of things and events as they are occurring.
